Drew Kuhn made a name for himself not only in Louisville but throughout Stark County with his athletic accomplishments on the football field.  The 5’11”, 185 lb. wonder played quarterback, defensive back, punter, punt returner, kicker, and kick returner as he earned his 3rd varsity letter in the fall of 2005.  It was often joked that Drew also made the popcorn and served drinks at the concession stand at half-time since he did everything else!  Kuhn, the son of Jeff & Patty Kuhn, finished the 2005 season with a total of 3723 yards - 2,153 passing , 1,174 rushing, and 396 on returns.  He led his team into the playoffs, eventually falling to Canfield in the regional finals. Kuhn, who appropriately wore #1, was named to the first team for NBC, WHBC All-County, Repository All-County, Northeast Inland District, and All-Ohio. He was also named the NBC Player of the Year and 2005 Repository Stark County Football Player of the Year.  He was selected to play in the Ohio vs Pennsylvania Big 33 Classic as well as the Stark County East-West Game.

Drew and his father Jeff are believed to be the only father and son recognized as Stark County MVPs.   The interview below took place shortly after his outstanding season.
